We have a supply of eclectic ties, boxer shorts, scarves, as well as imported musical instruments. Please read this before ordering.
Ordering: Each item page has a list to order from, just hit the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You can check your shopping cart by hitting the "View Cart" button seen on most of the screens. You can check out any time. If you wish to continue on PayPal then just log in and the order will be automatically sent. Otherwise you can use your shopping cart as a list to e-mail and order.
Payment by PayPal: Payment is made via PayPal which allows us to accept credit cards. On orders over $20 we will only ship to CONFIRMED PayPal Addresses.
E-mail Order: You can also order via E-mail and then send a check 10 day hold on personal checks so if you want it fast you may want to send a Money Order or Cashier's check. Simply E-mail us at paypal@scoutbugle.com with the items and quantity you want. We'll e-mail your payment instructions and hold the order for 10 days awaiting your payment. If it does not arrive we will put the items back in inventory. If it's a mail payment, we'll reserve inventory to assure you get everything you paid for.
Back Orders: We try to keep the site up to date in regards to the inventory, HOWEVER, it is quite possible for us to run out of the item before we have a chance to update the Web Site. If everything you ordered is not available we'll simply refund your payment. If partial order available, we'll advise and await your instructions (Maximum 7 days wait). NOTE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VERIFY THE COMPUTER ORDER and FINAL PAYMENT FOR ERRORS, LACK OF INVENTORY or on large orders to require certified funds.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are based on the total dollar amount of payment, except for musical instruments which have separate shipping and handling costs. Most items are sent USPS 1st class. Instruments and larger orders are shipped either USPS Priority, Federal-Express, or UPS and will have a fixed Shipping, handling and Insurance charge. Please include a phone number with all instrument orders which will be required by Fed-X.

International Orders: We will ship non-instrument orders to Canada at our US rate, this is to support international relations, and the fact we can't figure out a clean way to charge additional shipping. Instrument orders to Canada requires a shipping and handling calculation which we will do if you supply us with a Postal Code. Except for Canada, we will accept foreign orders on a case by case basis, please e-mail your order request, with your city and postal code. We'll supply you with a shipping and handling charge. We prefer certified checks (cashier, money order) for international purchase but will accept PayPal if you've been with them for at least 6 months and have at least 10 verified payments.
